We want you to feel confident ordering from CLISPY.STORE. While our products are shipped from international suppliers and fulfilled on a preorder basis, your satisfaction still matters to us.
Due to the preorder nature of our business, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. However, we’ll accept returns if:
You received a completely different item from what you ordered
Your item arrived damaged or defective
Your item is missing key components (e.g. cables, adapters, manuals)
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
You must provide clear photos or video evidence
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds will only be processed if:
The item you ordered is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled
You returned a faulty or incorrect item and it meets our return conditions
Your item was paid for but never delivered after 10 weeks (due to shipping failure or loss)
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used or via mobile money.
📍 Note: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
We currently do not offer product-for-product exchanges. If you want a different item, the original must qualify for a return and a new preorder must be placed separately.
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of payment. After that, we forward them to our international suppliers and can’t stop the fulfillment.
